An important part of the social projects of Viafrica are aimed at ICT in education. We do not only focus on a well-functioning hardware environment, but also make sure that the software and applications are in line with the national curriculum of the relevant country.
The aim of using ICT in education is not only to teach ICT as an additional subject, but mainly to use ICT as a teaching aid for existing subjects. We encourage schools in this by training various subject teachers, by providing digital educational materials for all subjects and by regularly exchanging views with school management about ICT applications.
