Viafrica has fifty employees at three branches in the Netherlands, Tanzania and Kenya. Viafrica is led by general director and founder Joost Dam.
Together with Emmy Voltman, Joost Dam forms the daily management of Viafrica Netherlands. Together they are accountable to the Viafrica board and are responsible for the strategy and partnerships from the Netherlands.
Viafrica Tanzania and Viafrica Kenya are respectively led by Thomas Munuo (Tanzania) and Peter Kinoo (Kenya). They are responsible for all operational activities in Africa. The strategy for both ICT centres is determined together with the Dutch management team.
Approximately 20 permanent staff members work in Kenya and Tanzania; the Dutch team consists of 25 volunteers and 3 paid employees.
